Fresco's imitation


Materials: wooden panel, structure paste or acrylic putty, spatula, acrylic paints, 3-layered napkins, decoupage glue or PVA glue, sandpaper, some rags.

1. Apply the structure paste or putty to the wooden panel in different directions. Allow to dry completely.

2. Sand prominent places.

3. Dip the brush into the paint and wipe the brush on a paper to leave the excess paint.

4. Then paint the prepared wooden panel: more at edges, less in the center.

5. Take the wet rag and wipe the paint from the surface. Then take a dry rag and wipe the surface again.

6. Take paper napkin, separate the colored layer and tear out the desired motif with hands.

7. Apply the motif and glue it

8. There is the result

9. Take a bit of putty with spatula and sully all the picture with it to get it looked indivisible.

10. Paint the edge of a panel with sponge.
